Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Waco, TX, for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and lifestyle needs, develop innovative and functional interior designs, and create detailed design plans. Responsibilities include selecting furnishings, materials, and finishes, ensuring seamless integration of design elements, and coordinating closely with architects, builders, and vendors throughout the project. The role will also involve staying updated on industry trends and standards to deliver exceptional results for every project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design, including designing layouts, space planning, and creating design presentations
- Experience with material selection, furniture sourcing, and color palette coordination
- Familiarity with CAD software, 3D rendering tools, and other design technology
- Strong project management and team communication abilities, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of current industry trends, standards, and best practices in luxury residential design
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Excellent client relationship and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in high-end residential projects is a strong advantage
- Adaptability and creativity in delivering personalized interior solutions.
