Vaughn Automtove Group is seeking a Accounting Clerk to work in our Alexandria Corporate office. We are interested in candidates that are self-motivated, have a positive attitude and attention to detail to join our team.
Job Description
- Organize tax and title documents
- receive and process paperwork from the F&I department
- Post vehicle sales and purchases
- Examines contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
- Verifies all documents are signed and completed properly
- Processes paperwork on a timely basis
- Prepares trade-in vehicle jackets
- Ensures that name and address filed are correct
- Scan documents
- Process inner company vehicle transfers
- other duties may apply
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses)
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Automotive Accounting or CDK experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to competing tasks
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
