Position: Mobility Solutions Administrator

Reports to: Manager of Mobility Solutions
Summary: Vatic Outsourcing, a growing boutique telecommunications consulting firm, is seeking an employee who can work in multiple areas of the business including hardware processing and staging, inventory control and management, and outbound order fulfillment. This position will also require accessing and updating inventory in customer databases and systems and provisioning customer equipment for specific use-cases. In addition, this position asks for the ability to regularly send updates on requests in a professional manner.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer inventory of hardware and accessories
- Provide regular updates on status of shipments and receiving
- Provision multiple device types for different customer use-cases
- Full ownership of device staging to receipt of equipment by user and assisting with initial setup
- Attending regular client meetings and speaking to inventory and deployment tasks when needed
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management
- Familiarity with multiple device types (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)
- Experience with itemization software (Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
- General customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Supervisory Responsibility: While there is not a formal responsibility for personnel management, this role will work closely with various members of internal peer and management organizations and will need to take various leadership roles, internally and externally.
Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment.
