What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance/ Enhancement Lead (2 years experience required) position at Vaters Lawn Care & Landscaping Services LLC?
Small west side lawn and landscape company looking for someone to lead landscape maintenance and enhancement work. We are a small company it will likely only be owner you and 1 or 2 other guys. So you must be ok possibly working by yourself or maybe just 1 other person depending on the day. Owner is heavily involved in field work, this position will likely be right hand man of owner. This will be year round position dropping to part time hours in winter as we do both snow and winter pruning/cleanup work around the weather. Paid holidays, paid time off starting next year and potential monthly health care stipend.
Position requirements
Clean drivers liscense
ability to drive truck and trailer
Verifiable landscape maintenance experience
Ability to sheer and hand prune small trees and shrubs
Some basic plant identification skills
Familiar with stihl 2 cycle equipment
Some basic skid steer experience
Some commercial mowing experience helpful as you may help owner mow every now and again
Ability to efficiently run a residential cleanup job.
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
