VAT Group is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will generate leads, manage quotations, support customers through the sales pipeline, and partner closely with Outside Sales Managers to grow the territory.
This position reports to the Inside Sales Team Lead and follows California / Pacific Time business hours.

YOUR CHALLENGES
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and inbound inquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships and manage opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and support the full sales cycle.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams on customer solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and activity data.
- Experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with proactive follow-up discipline.
- Ability to understand technical products and customer needs.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
