· Strong knowledge of QMS process areas (CAPA, NCR, Document Control, Supplier Quality).
· Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and building process flows.
· Hands-on experience with Hexagon ETQ or equivalent QMS tools.
· Understanding of manufacturing operations, quality audits compliance standards.
· Strong skills in tools: Visio, Jira, Confluence, Excel.
