Job Summary
Chemotherapy/Infusion RN
Location: Robinson, IL 62454
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days; M-F 8:00a-4:30p
Pay: $80/hr
OT Rate: $120/hr
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proven experience in infusion therapy, chemotherapy administration nursing preferred.
- Valid RN license in good standing with current state registration or licensure.
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certified through the Oncology Nurse Society Required
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment procedures, potential side effects, and post-treatment care to ensure understanding and comfort.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
