Vastex International Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of textile screen printing equipment since 1960. Based in Bethlehem PA , the company specializes in screen printing machinery, and infrared conveyor ovens.

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced professional to manage and grow industrial equipment sales.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who can sell, exercise sound business judgment, and contribute to how business is done, not just take orders.

Prior experience selling industrial or capital equipment is required.
Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries and close equipment sales
  • Develop new business opportunities and markets
  • Work directly with customers to understand applications and recommend solutions
  • Prepare quotations and follow through to close with sales support staff
  • Contribute to pricing discipline, customer qualification, and sales process improvement
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate records

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Proven experience selling industrial, mechanical, or capital equipment
  • Ability to manage technical and business-level conversations
  • Strong business judgment (pricing, margins, customer fit)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word at a minimum
  • Comfortable using modern tools and technology, including CRM systems, digital communication, and basic AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bethlehem, PA

Preferred

  • Experience in screen printing, textile equipment, or related industries
  • Experience working with dealer or distributor networks
  • Background in manufacturing or production environments

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
