The Senior Estimator will play a critical role in preparing accurate cost estimates for bridge and interchange construction projects. This on-site, full-time position is based in Chino Valley, AZ. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing project documents, preparing detailed quantity take-offs, collaborating with project managers and subcontractors, developing comprehensive bid proposals, and monitoring market conditions to ensure competitive pricing. The Senior Estimator will also contribute strategically to long-term project planning and resource optimization.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and bid preparation for construction projects
• Extensive knowledge of interchange and bridge construction techniques, materials, and processes
• Strong skills in construction-related software and tools such as AutoCAD, estimating software, or project management platforms
• Ability to analyze construction documents, specifications, and contracts to develop precise cost estimates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize estimates and project plans
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• 5 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in heavy civil projects
• Familiarity with local market conditions and regulatory requirements in Arizona is a plus
