Clinical Aid / Admin for Sports Physical Therapy Clinic – Full Time

The right person will be a team player with a positive attitude.
WORK DUTIES INCLUDE:
Primarily -
- Monitoring exercise activities prescribed by treating Physical Therapist.
- Occasional coverage of Front Desk Administrative tasks (scheduling, taking calls from new and existing patients, etc)
Secondarily -
- Verification of Insurance Benefits for patients
- Obtaining authorization for insurance companies that require this
- Assisting in ‘flow’ of patient transitions.
- Training and basic utilization of thermal & electrical modalities.
- Basic cleaning/housekeeping of facility.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Some experience and interest in similar setting – fitness, training, rehab, etc.
- Basic Computer competency.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities & diverse activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of providing EXCELLENT customer service and facilitate a positive office environment!
