We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager, Tax Operations, to lead the Company’s global tax reporting and compliance, and support strategic tax planning initiatives. This role reports to the VP of Tax.

- Lead global tax compliance including US and foreign corporate income tax returns, sales tax and VAT/GST returns.
- Manage advisors in the preparation and timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns.
- Oversee computation of the Company’s global tax provision in partnership with advisors to deliver timely and accurate tax reporting for financial statement purposes.
- Conduct operational transfer pricing exercises, e.g., preparing TP calculations, reviewing global TP documentation, and drafting/revising intercompany agreements.
- Support global tax audits including data gathering, responding to information requests, corresponding with advisors and tax authorities.
- Develop tools/processes to monitor, track and execute quarterly tax provision exercises, tax return filings, tax audits and other tax deliverables.
- Support strategic tax projects including tax research and analysis, preparation of materials for executive communications.
- Identify and implement automation tools/functionality and process improvements, in partnership with Finance and IT.
- Collaborate with business partners in Finance, Legal, IT, and Business Operations.
- 7 years of substantive tax experience with a primary emphasis in tax provision and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced and high-growth environments with rapidly shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to quickly integrate and build trust with key business partners and external service providers.
- Self-starter that is creative and resourceful, and able to assume, organize and manage multiple tasks on truncated timelines with minimal guidance.
- LL.M. in Taxation or MST preferred.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus.
