Must have 10 yrs of exp w/ clnt protocol debugging incl NFS, SMB & S3. Must have 10 yrs of escalation mgmt exp wrkg w/ sftware dvlprs. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/: leadg continuous procss improvemnt initiatives to enhance systm reliabilty, scalabilty, & performnce; & preparg & presentg tech status reprts, Key Performnce Indicatr dashbrds, & risk assessmnts to sr leadrship & externl stakehlders. Must have 4 yrs of tech team leadrship exp, incl guidg & mentorg team membrs' tech dvlpmnt. Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: providg tech directn, task prioritizatn, & performnce oversight for team membrs; & conductg resrce planng, wrkload allocatn, & capacty forecastg to supprt projct executn.
