We are seeking experienced Concrete Contractors to support construction, renovation, and property improvement projects across our portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, project-based scheduling. Projects are assigned based on scope, timelines, and property needs, allowing you to take on work that aligns with your availability and capacity.
Responsibilities Include
Perform concrete work including slabs, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and foundations
Prepare job sites (grading, forming, reinforcement) prior to pouring
Pour, level, and finish concrete to professional standards
Repair or replace damaged concrete surfaces
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and project specifications
Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
Communicate project progress, timelines, and completion updates

- Valid contractor license (if required by State of Florida/local regulations)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial concrete work
- Ability to handle foundations, slabs, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and footings
- Knowledge of site prep, grading, forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Must have your own tools, equipment, and crew (if applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
- Understanding of local building codes and safety standards
- Reliable, professional, and able to manage projects independently
