Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, organize, and maintain medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient information
- Retrieve, file, and scan medical records as needed
- Assist with record audits and respond to internal and external record requests
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and facility policies
- Support interdisciplinary teams with documentation needs
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in medical records or healthcare administration preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- Status: Full‑time
- Pay: $19.00 per hour and up, depending on experience (DOE)
