Duties
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee daily construction site activities, supervising crews to maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Manage project budgets, perform cost estimating, and track expenditures to stay within financial targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Utilize ProCore for project documentation, communication, and collaboration among team members.
- Ensure all work aligns with construction plans, schematics, and technical specifications while maintaining rigorous quality control measures.
- Supervise subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance on work procedures and safety practices.
- Prepare progress reports, change orders, and closeout documentation to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proven management experience in commercial construction projects with a focus on building developments.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard tools.
- Extensive knowledge of construction site safety regulations including OSHA standards.
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent project scheduling abilities with a focus on critical path method techniques.
- Supervisory experience leading diverse teams on active job sites with a focus on safety and productivity.
- Ability to manage contracts effectively while coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex projects.
- Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus.
