Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Vascular practice. We are seeking a part time NP to do rounds at several local rehabs/nursing facilities/hospitals
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide patient education, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with best practices in nursing and healthcare by participating in professional development opportunities.

Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong leadership skills.
