Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role located in Chattanooga, TN. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing vascular conditions under the supervision of board-certified vascular surgeons. Key responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing and implementing care plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and educating patients and their families about treatment options and preventative care. The Nurse Practitioner will contribute to improving patient outcomes by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and maintaining detailed medical records.

Qualifications
  • Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Proficiency in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds and lab work
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification and unrestricted license to practice in Tennessee
  • Experience in vascular care is highly preferred but not required
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
