About Us:

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an intelligent and motivated Nurse Practitioner for our Brooklyn location.
Our Nurse Practitioner will serve as the primary provider, managing a high-volume patient population.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in learning outpatient vascular medicine.
Travel to our Michigan and New York locations is required for training.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations for vascular and knee pain conditions.
Conduct focused physical assessments and develop treatment plans following established clinical protocols
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing including vascular ultrasounds and other imaging studies
Identify patients requiring procedural intervention and collaborate with physicians regarding treatment planning
Provide pre-procedure evaluations and post-procedure follow-up care
Educate patients regarding vascular disease, risk factor modification, medications, and lifestyle changes
Maintain accurate, thorough, and efficient EMR documentation
Work collaboratively with ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and clinical staff in a high-volume outpatient setting
Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining efficiency and workflow standards
Requirements:
Active New York Nurse Practitioner license required
Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, etc.)
Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience required
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable managing medically complex patients
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with strong EMR/documentation skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Willingness to travel for training
