The Impact You'll Make

As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the engine that keeps our sales efforts running at full speed. From generating leads and preparing proposals to coordinating customer meetings and supporting onboarding, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Your work will directly influence our growth and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Drive lead generation through prospecting, research, and networking activities.

• Keep our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) up-to-date with accurate customer and prospect information.

• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and timely follow-up communications.

• Assist in preparing proposals, pricing packages, presentations, and RFP responses.

• Research target markets, competitors, and potential customers to identify new opportunities.

• Track sales activities and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Support customer onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth start.

• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, trade shows, and business development initiatives.

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.

• Assist with account management and customer retention activities.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or customer service.

• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: Experience in transportation, logistics, brokerage, or supply chain industries.

• Preferred: Experience supporting customer presentations and proposal development.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development or customer service
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
