We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Clinical Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, staff coordination, workflow efficiency, and provider support within our vascular clinics. This position plays a key leadership role in supporting both clinical and front office operations while ensuring a positive patient and employee experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Support and coordinate clinical and front office staff across multiple locations
- Assist with staffing coverage, workflow management, and operational support
- Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
- Conduct employee evaluations and assist with staff development
- Monitor compliance training, attendance, and operational processes
- Support physicians with scheduling coordination and clinic needs
- Assist with surgery/procedure scheduling oversight and insurance authorization workflows
- Coordinate clinic supplies, equipment, and facility needs
- Help identify opportunities for workflow and operational improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of vascular office management experience OR advanced leadership experience within a vascular clinic setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of outpatient clinical operations and healthcare workflows
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient surgery/procedure scheduling
- Knowledge of insurance authorizations for vascular procedures, imaging, surgeries, and ASC components preferred
- Experience working within EMR systems and scheduling platforms
- Medical Assistant or LVN preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred
- Leadership or healthcare management certifications preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and self-coverage on vehicle insurance required

- Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Ability to work occasional flexed schedules or weekends as needed
