About the NCO Personal Training Field Manager Opportunity
As the NCO Personal Training Field Manager, you'll lead all Personal Training onboarding and development for new clubs. You'll coach Personal Training Leads and Personal Trainers on consultation skills, sales, programming, coaching, and client experience while helping new teams build confidence in growing their business.
Working alongside the New Club Opening Training Team and club leadership, you'll ensure every Personal Training department launches with consistent standards, strong leadership, and a thriving culture of coaching and accountability.

- Help launch VASA into brand-new communities.
- Travel throughout our expansion markets (up to 75% travel required).
- Build relationships with leaders across Operations, Fitness, and Support Center.
- Coach and develop future VASA leaders and team members.
- Become the expert others rely on in your specialty.
- Strengthen your leadership, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.

The experiences you'll gain in this role are difficult to replicate within a single club and provide valuable exposure for future leadership opportunities across VASA.
Qualifications:
Position Details
- Full-time field leadership position
- Up to 75% travel supporting new club openings
- Home base must be within Region 3 (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Iowa)
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Region 3 if currently located elsewhere.
- Relocation assistance is not available.
