Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and Sales, with the ability to nurture client relationships and achieve targets
- Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively mentor and guide teams
- Proficiency in Project Management, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple wedding events seamlessly
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering luxury experiences
- Familiarity with the wedding and event industry, and an understanding of client expectations within the luxury segment
- Experience in high-pressure environments with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
