Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in the aerospace field
• Must be able to walk and stand on concrete for long periods of time. This includes walking rapidly from one job assignment to another
• Must be able to work more than 8 hour shift if needed
• Must be able to bend, kneel, crawl and/or climb stairs at anytime as required for job assignments
• Must be able to use handtools as required
• Motivated and customer focused
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Flexible work schedule
• Open to travel
Responsibilities:
• Controlling employee qualifications.
• Control and overview of Tool Control.
• Assist and control warehouse processes.
• Evaluation of returned NCs – Root cause analysis. and implementation of corrective actions.
• Quality inspections of work performed.
• Provide regular feedback to management.
• Establish KPI landscape against main performance criteria.
• Coordination and realization of employee trainings with regard to the training matrix with feedback to quality
• Create weekly reports and present to leadership
• Pass on feedback about meetings to employees
• Documentation according to customer requirements
• Responsible for substitution for absence
• Monitoring timekeeping of employees
• Coordination and communication with suppliers
• Checking support / preparing invoices
• Maintain adequate level of spare parts
• Maintenance and support of tools
• Electronical troubleshooting and repair of cabin interior and spare parts
• Adherence of working hours, security policies, policies prevention of accidents, environmental protection
• Continuous improvement of support process
• Adherence of On Site Support Requirements
• Controlling of „Rejected NCs“
• Adherence of response and rework times
• Evaluate manpower planning and add resources as needed
• Mentor, develop, and motivate team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
