Key Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and grow referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physician practices.
- Educate healthcare professionals on company products, services, and value-based care solutions.
- Manage an assigned rural territory — including prospecting, presenting, and closing new business opportunities.
- Partner with internal operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and territory performance to management.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market dynamics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
