Varsity Zone HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Franklin, TN.
We're looking for someone who knows how to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, takes pride in doing the job right, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to work for a company that values honesty and professionalism.
We are not looking for a high-pressure salesperson. We are looking for an excellent HVAC technician.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, airflow and refrigerant-related issues
- Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers
- Complete service calls and documentation using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, professional company vehicle and work area
- Deliver the kind of customer experience that earns 5-star reviews
What We're Looking For
- HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Honest, dependable and customer-focused
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
$30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities.
