HVAC Service Technician/Lead Installer

Varsity Zone HVAC is a rapidly growing HVAC company serving the greater Indianapolis area, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Lead Installer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who can confidently handle service calls and lead residential installations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Lead HVAC installations from start to finish
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
- Ensure high-quality workmanship on every job
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation

- Work closely with the General Manager on daily/weekly strategy
- Represent Varsity Zone HVAC professionally in the community

Requirements

- 3–5 years of HVAC experience (service and/or install)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lead install jobs independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Positive attitude/Show Initiative/Willing to learn and grow your skillset
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

- Pass background and drug screen

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Commercial HVAC experience

- Air Duct Cleaning
