WORK TYPE: Seasonal, Part Time
LOCATION DETAILS: Onsite at CLI
COMPENSATION: The pay range for this position is $52,000-60,000 per year.
The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
How You Will Make An Impact
The CLI Conservatory Summer Intensive is an amazing opportunity for dancers aged 10 and up to experience what it’s like to train at the Conservatory. As a Summer Intensive Associate Manager, you will be responsible for making sure participants, parents, faculty, and staff have a wonderful and impactful experience at the CLI Conservatory. This role will be based in Southampton, Massachusetts at the CLI Conservatory facility.

- Overseeing daily event operations for your assigned building
- Providing training and guidance to Summer Intensive Associates
- Coordinating end-of-week showcase, including logistics, communications, and setup and breakdown
- Handling team member, customer, and faculty escalations that can’t be covered by Summer Intensive Associates
- Making sure all program participants have an amazing experience
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Two or more years’ experience working in a customer service or administrative role in the dance industry
- Experience with the dance industry (as a former dancer or employee of a dance or danced-related company)
