COMPENSATION: The pay rate for this position is $15.92/hour.

How You Will Make An Impact

Varsity Brands/OneBeat Dance Brands is hiring a motivated, dependable team member to join our Awards Production Team! This is a part-time, hands-on, on-site position responsible for assembling award products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting a smooth production process.

What You Will Do

• Assemble trophies, plaques, and award products as part of a collaborative production team
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
• Package and prepare finished awards for pickup and shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow during our busy season
• All other duties assigned by the Awards Production team
  
  

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle lifting/repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  
  

Education/Experience

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist and must be able to climb a ladder occasionally.
