As the leader of our Customer Care Team, you’ll ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand values:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks for the department
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and other channels
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and effective solutions
- Convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments
- Ensure accuracy in customer records, reporting, and KPIs
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and other departments to improve the customer journey
- Drive team training, goal-setting, and performance initiatives
- Proven experience in customer service management or dispatch (industry experience a plus!)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
