How You Will Make An Impact

The Sr. Business Analyst will be a key member of the Varsity Spirit’s Analytics & Insights team, formed to build strategic solutions and organizational capabilities through reporting, analytics, and customer insights. Will work closely with business partners to identify needs and develop plans that determine a direction to actualize goals. Relying on data, this role will provide relevant insights that will help the business make better decisions, address key challenges & concerns, and uncover new opportunities for growth.

What You Will Do

Job Responsibilities

• Identify critical business needs and create relevant data-driven solutions and models, driving the project from design to execution
• Provide strong financial and strategic decision support to partners and stakeholders, in areas such as pricing, sales forecasting, goal setting, and territory planning
• Maintain ownership of key operational reports for stakeholders across the organization
• Develop tools and partner with sales leaders on annual rep territory planning
• Work collaboratively with BI analysts to advance company’s PBI reporting platform
• Collaborate across departments to support other critical organizational projects
  
  

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Advanced with Excel a must!
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI / Tableau
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
• Significant attention to detail and strict appreciation for deadlines
• Excellent time management and demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience performing various forms of online research
  
  

Education, Certification And Experience

• 3-5 Years of advanced analytical experience required; preferably in areas such as finance, consulting, analytics
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, marketing, computer science, or related field required
