Varsity Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, trustworthy bartender who genuinely enjoys getting to know guests and building long-term relationships.
Sunday nights are not about speed or chaos — they are about taking care of fantastic regular customers, remembering names, and creating a welcoming atmosphere people want to come back to.

Experience Required
- Previous bartending experience required
- Comfortable making common drinks without recipes
- Able to handle bar service and table service when guests are seated
- Confident handling cash and POS
This is a bartender-led floor — guests may sit at the bar or tables, and you’ll take care of both.
Compensation
- Base wage tips
- Sunday night tips average $200 per 7-hour shift, driven by loyal regulars
- Earnings reflect guest connection and service quality
Schedule
- Sundays: 5:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Additional fill-in shifts available
- More regular shifts expected within 6 months
Training
- Training begins immediately
- We value consistency and long-term fit
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.5 per week
