You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the business (Legal, InfoSec, Tax, AP) and play a critical role in enabling efficient, scalable procurement operations. The Requirements:
- Up to 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related operational role.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Experience working with SaaS, AI, Marketing domain.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sharp, fast-thinking individual with a strong execution-oriented mindset
- Experience in a high-growth technology or cybersecurity environment
- Working knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and vendor negotiations
- Manage transactional and mid-tier purchasing across technology needs - SaaS, AI tools, Marketing- events, activities and sponsorships.
- Execute high-volume procurement requests while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Security and tax to accelerate approvals and remove bottlenecks.
- Serve as a key point of contact between stakeholders and vendors throughout the procurement cycle.
- Manage vendor negotiation, track vendor performance, ensure timely fulfillment, and support renewal processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows, efficiency, and cost visibility.
