Key Responsibilities Calculate, analyze and monitor the integrity and validity of monthly commission payments for the sales team Identify and deal with emerging challenges in the commission system Communicating and addressing sales team queries in relation to their compensation Analyze commission figures of the sales team in the company Support and execute the commission plans to each of the Company’s Sales Team Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management 1-3 years of experience as an analyst Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly driven and self-motivated Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills) Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated Experience with Microsoft Excel - Advantage We invite you to check out our Instagram Page to gain further insight into the Varonis culture! @VaronisLife Varonis is an equal opportunity employer.
