Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality esthetic services (facials, waxing, skincare consultations, etc.) in line with Varnish Lane’s service standards.
- Specialize in eyebrow services and demonstrate strong waxing expertise in all areas.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, recommended products, and overall wellness practices.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Support daily shop operations when needed, including assisting with client check-ins, product recommendations, and team collaboration.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and client-centered environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician License (required).
- 3 years of professional esthetics experience preferred.
- Strong waxing skills, with a primary focus on eyebrow shaping and maintenance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, cleanliness, and client comfort.
- Team-oriented with a warm and professional demeanor.
