At Premium Choice Broadband, we’re committed to delivering reliable, high-speed internet service across Maine. As our team grows, we're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Internet Sales Representative to help guide potential customers through our internet service options—all from our local office in Bangor.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and web
• Help customers understand our internet packages and choose the best fit
• Walk customers through the sign-up and installation process
• Record customer interactions and follow-ups in our internal system
• Work closely with a small, supportive sales and service team
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service or sales is helpful but not required
• Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Comfort using computers, basic software, and phone systems
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent required
