Responsibilities:
· Assisting insureds with billing questions
· Process endorsements and payments
· Handle claims
· Providing Evidence of Insurance forms
· Actively review and round policies where opportunities are available

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and working in MS Office programs
- Experience is preferred; will train the ideal candidate
- Maine Property & Casualty License preferred, not required
