About The Role

You'll coordinate across teams, manage risk, adhere to governance frameworks (CMMI, ISO), and keep clients informed and engaged.

You'll coordinate across teams, manage risk, adhere to governance frameworks (CMMI, ISO), and keep clients informed and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow implementations.
- Coordinate business, technical, QA, and changemanagement teams.
- Monitor project scope, budget, risks, issues and escalations; proactively drive resolution.
- Communicate status to stakeholders, ensure alignment and transparency.
- Facilitate postimplementation reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow or enterprise application implementation projects (Agile/Waterfall).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Familiar with governance, quality frameworks (CMMI, ISO); federal contracting experience is a plus.
