ServiceNow Developer

About The Role

As a ServiceNow Developer at Varmoda Tech, you'll build powerful workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform that help our federal and commercial clients achieve missioncritical goals. You'll work closely with our DevSecOps, cloud, and AI teams to ensure our solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with our "War Mode ethos: fast, precise, missionready.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM) to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, microservices) following Varmoda Tech's cloud and DevSecOps standards.
• Implement automation and workflows using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, etc.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deploy via CI/CD pipelines in a DevSecOps environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support upgrades and patches, and maintain platform stability and performance.
  
  

Preferred skills & qualifications:

• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP, JSON, etc.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD.
• Understanding of security/compliance, especially in a federal environment (FedRAMP, NIST, etc).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skillscomfortable working across teams and with clients.
