You'll gather requirements, document processes, engage stakeholders (including clients in the federal space), and help ensure our ServiceNow implementations deliver high value and mission impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops, interviews and gather business/technical requirements for ServiceNow projects.
- Map current state and future state processes (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc).
- Create functional specifications and user stories for development.
- Support testing, UAT, training and rollout of ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and clients to ensure solution alignment and adoption.
- Experience as a business analyst in ITSM, enterprise applications or ServiceNow projects.
- Strong processmapping, documentation and communication skills.
- Familiar with ServiceNow modules and terminology.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, mission driven environment.
