We are looking for a Business Subject Matter Expert with deep hands-on experience in airline crew operations. This role requires real-world operational decision-making experience in crew scheduling, legality, and disruption management.

- 10 years of airline operations experience with direct crew involvement
- Experience making or influencing crew-related operational decisions
- Background working in OCC/IOC or live operations environments
- Willingness to work onsite in DFW
- Owned crew scheduling or re-rostering decisions
- Experience resolving crew legality/FAR compliance
- Managed crew recovery during disruptions (IROPs)
- Real-time crew reassignment experience
- Accountable for operational outcomes
- Balanced cost, compliance, and recovery trade-offs
- Serve as SME for crew scheduling, rostering, and compliance
- Support real-time operational decision-making during disruptions
- Work with business and technical teams to define requirements
- Validate solutions against real-world operational scenarios
- Support system testing and UAT
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Track work using Jira, Rally, Confluence
- Assist in training and documentation
- 12 years in airline crew operations (scheduling/control/recovery)
- Strong understanding of crew planning and regulatory compliance
- Experience with reporting and project tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
