Shift: 1st Shift: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM / 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–1:30 AM Central Time (Must be flexible with both shifts)
Pay Rate: $20.12/Hour

Job Description:

• Perform 100% manual visual inspection of filled and sealed drug product vials under controlled lighting.
• Identify and document visible particles, fibers, fill-volume issues, container/closure defects, scratches, discoloration, and other defects.
• Separate rejected or questionable units for further evaluation and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Follow GMP/GDP procedures, safety requirements, inspection techniques, and product-handling guidelines.
• Complete required training and qualification before independently inspecting products.
• Support other approved production activities when inspection demand is low.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail, concentration, patience, and ability to perform repetitive precision work.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures in English, maintain accurate records, and perform basic math.
• Must meet visual requirements, including 20/20 near vision with or without corrective lenses and required color distinction.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work either shift.
• Previous pharmaceutical or visual inspection experience is not required.

Pay: $20.12 per hour
