Title: Medical Device Product Builder / Assembler
Location: New Brighton, MN 55112
Duration: 0–12 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: $22.00–$23.00/Hour

Job Description:

• Assemble and test medical devices using specialized equipment, fixtures, and work instructions.
• Ensure daily production schedules, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Support basic troubleshooting and report quality or process concerns.
• Follow standard work, Quality System procedures, continuous improvement, and complete required documentation.
• Maintain 5S standards and operate as an active member of the production team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; ability to read/understand safety rules and work instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred: GMP knowledge, medical device manufacturing, microscope use, problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
