Title: HPLC Cleanroom Production Technician
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 USA
Duration: 0–12 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Flexible)
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The Production Technician I – HPLC is responsible for manufacturing various HPLC columns. The role requires excellent organizational skills, time management, and strong attention to detail while maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pack different sorbents in column hardware (HPLC, Gemini, Heat, and Semi-prep techniques required).
- Follow written instructions (SOPs) for all critical processes.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
- Prepare packing and slurry solvents according to written instructions.
- Perform material verification and inspection.
- Enter data accurately into TSA and AX computer systems.
- Schedule and prioritize tasks efficiently to complete production work on time.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-kept work areas, equipment, and tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Typically less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to producing error-free, high-quality work.
