Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Hebron, KY 41048
Duration: 0–3 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/Hour
Job Summary:
Provides warehouse support by operating forklifts to move, stack, and stage materials and products within the warehouse. Responsible for safe equipment operation, order handling, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. May use technology such as scanners and PCs to complete tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move products and materials
- Pick, wrap, stage orders, and consolidate partial pallets as required
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for safety and identify workplace hazards
- Adhere to company quality standards, customer service expectations, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of powered forklift operating experience; forklift certification required
- Knowledge of various material-handling equipment
- Proficient in basic mathematics
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
