Title: Chemistry Graduate (Entry Level)
Location: Torrance, CA 90501
Duration: 0-6 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Shift: 8 am to 3.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: $20.50/Hour
Looking for candidates who only have a high school diploma and/or college degree without any experience.
We are currently seeking a QC Technician I who will be responsible for evaluating products made and/or distributed.
What we’ll get you doing:
· Maintaining a clean, organized and presentable workspace and enforce ISO:9001 guidelines as required.
· Using computer program(s) to test, process and evaluate product.
· Following FIFO (first in first out) philosophy for testing, as needed.
· Performing minor troubleshooting activities on testing instrumentation.
· Following all assigned testing and operating instructions for work area.
· Supporting key initiatives as assigned by department leadership.
· Completing assigned training and reading as outlined by department manager.
The essential requirements of the role include:
· High School diploma required.
· Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects.
· Typically, less than 2 years of experience.
