Real Estate Marketing Assistant

We’re seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to support a top-producing luxury real estate team. This is a remote role, open only to candidates who reside in Arlington, VA, as occasional on-site property visits and local errands are regularly required. You’ll love bringing your ideas to the table and will work closely with the agents to explore new approaches, test fresh concepts, and produce marketing that feels elevated, on-brand, and aligned with the team’s vision. You’ll create content, write copy, design materials, and help plan client appreciation and community events. The role also includes occasional local errands, attending staging, photography, or inspection appointments, and ensuring marketing materials are prepared and delivered efficiently.
