● Seeking Experienced Operator for High Speed Mail Inserters

● Job Type: Full-time

● Schedule: Mon - Fri - Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Flex as needed to 12 Hours)

● Expectation of Availability Saturdays as Needed

● Location: Dallas, TX

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Proven ability to operate, perform routine maintenance and sometimes repair Inserting Equipment in order to maintain equipment excellence and minimize downtime

● Create service tickets and effectively interact with service vendors

● Communicate any potential process interruptions or delays to the Leadership Team promptly

● Utilize Management Information Systems for accurate data capture of all production processes

● Properly read work order specifications to ensure accurate Production of all work

● Compare printed mail pieces to the approved audits to ensure quality and accuracy of customer work before proceeding to shipping

● Report any errors or damaged pieces to the Leadership Team for assessment

● Responsible for the Maintenance of their work area and equipment each day and throughout operation of equipment

Required Skills/Abilities:

● Ability to Partner with and Teach Others Successfully

● Basic Knowledge of Print, Mail, and Shipping Processes

● Self-Motivated and Resourceful

● Ability to Lift 50-75 lbs. of Material as Needed

● Able to Multitask in a Fast-Paced Environment

● Driven to Accomplish Data-Driven Metric Goals for Production Equipment

Salary (Hourly):

● $18.00 - $21.50 Hourly Based off Industry Experience Expected Overtime

Education and Experience:

● Inserting Machine Operation: 5 Years (Preferred)
