What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Director position at (various)?
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Tax Director to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing individual, trust, estate, partnership, S-corp, and business tax returns, along with multi-year tax projections and planning
- Working directly with clients and wealth advisors to identify proactive tax strategies around investments, charitable giving, retirement distributions, Roth conversions, business ownership, and major liquidity events
- Advising business owners, executives, and high-net-worth families on entity structure, compensation, distributions, estimated taxes, business sales, retirement, and wealth transfers
- Helping build and scale the firm's tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and business advisory practice, including processes, technology, workflows, and service standards
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 5 years of tax experience
- CPA required
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
