This individual will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and enhancing Prophix to support evolving business needs, including system updates, data integrity checks, and user support
- Assisting with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and allocations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Supporting financial operations by preparing and reviewing prepaids, budgets, and forecasts on a monthly basis, while driving process improvements
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and analysis by adhering to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
- Producing and analyzing financial and ad hoc reports to provide insights for business decision-making, collaborating cross-functionally as needed
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Excel skills to include pivot tables and vlookups
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related
- Experience in: Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, or Prophix is a PLUS
