This individual will be responsible for:
- Oversee weekly payroll processing for 4,000 , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely payment.
- Audit payroll transactions to validate pay rates, identify discrepancies, and maintain payroll accuracy.
- Lead payroll integrations between AS400 and Workday, ensuring accurate data flow and system functionality.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll discrepancies and payment issues.
- Process off-cycle payroll runs to address adjustments and ensure timely payment corrections.
- Assist with payroll garnishments, including coordinating with ADP and third-party vendors and uploading required documentation to ADP as needed.
- Serve as a key point of contact for drivers, answering payroll-related calls and resolving pay concerns.
- Partner directly with the Payroll Manager to support daily operations, address escalated issues, and maintain payroll efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll workflows and enhance accuracy.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 3 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
- Experience processing off-cycle payroll
- Workday experience is a plus
